Job DescriptionThe Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities is looking for a Preschool Teacher for its Fairhaven preschool program for the school year and beyond.
Position- Preschool Teacher
- Must hold a valid Ohio Early Childhood Intervention Specialist (ECIS) license or another Ohio license qualifying the individual to provide preschool special education services.
- A dual licensure in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Intervention Specialist is preferred.
- Provide instruction to students with developmental disabilities in approved or adapted curriculum areas.
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans consistent with students’ Individual Education Plans and general education curriculum guidelines.
- Maintain classrooms conducive to learning.
- Conduct conferences with parents/guardians or other personnel.
