Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN/LPN
The ADON is responsible for managing the nursing department in the absence of the DON. The ADON must possess leadership and supervisory skills and work with all team members.
Qualified candidates must have a valid Ohio RN nursing license in good standing with the State, a minimum of 2–3 years supervisory experience, and knowledge of long‑term care regulations and the survey process.
