Job Title:

Home Health RN Visit Nurse

Active Ohio RN in good standing is required. At least 1 year of paid experience at a home health agency (or equivalent) is required; 2-5 years' experience is preferred. 1+ years of experience in the following is highly desirable:
Case Management, wound care, PICC/PORT/IV Care, lab draws, plus OASIS and Non-OASIS assessments. Nurse Supervision experience is a plus.

Schedule Type & Service Area:

• Part-Time or PRN Visit Nurse requires a minimum travel radius of Stark, Mahoning, and Trumbull Counties including Niles, OH;
  Alliance, OH, and surrounding areas up to 60-minutes (up to 90-minutes on occasion).
• Required schedule availability:
  Monday
  - Friday (weekdays) from 8am - 5/6pm. Daytime Visits (No PDN)
• No On-Call requirements / No Overnight shifts required.
• No Required Weekends (optional when available)
• Qualified applicants may reside in or near any primary service area so long as travel requirements are fulfilled throughout the assigned region.

To support our growth and the increasing volume of client care throughout Ohio, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, accountable, and self-motivated home health RN to join our agency as a Part-Time or PRN Home Health Visit Nurse (RN only) to care for clients in and around Trumbull, Mahoning, and Stark counties in OH.

• This role may be filled as PRN or Part-Time only.

Starting Pay Rate:

• RNs: $35 - $40 per hour

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Active RN, with current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio, is required.
• At least 1 year in home health industry + 1 year of nursing experience. Additional Home Health Nursing experience/ familiarity is highly desired.
• Active CPR and First Aid certificates highly desired (for speed to start care), but agency will provide recertification if required.
• Minimum of 1 year direct patient experience with vent care is required.
• Good interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal.
• Desirable character traits: reliable, honest beyond reproach, professional, compassionate, detail-oriented (in care + documentation), accountable, friendly and accommodating, respectful.
• Current driver's license or state , plus reliable transportation, are required.
• Excellent attendance record with past employers.
• Ability to meet all of the basic job requirements is a must.
• Willingness and ability to pass state and federal background check.
