Job Level: Entry Level (less than 2 years)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for qualified LPNs, $15,000 for qualified RNs

Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses with experience in Critical Care to provide advanced, round‑the‑clock medical monitoring and complex interventions for medically fragile or chronically ill residents requiring above‑standard floor care. Must be comfortable dealing with higher acuity residents, particularly vents, trachs, cardiac monitoring, and other critical care aspects.

• Valid LPN/RN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• At least one year of experience in a long‑term care facility (new graduates considered).
• Ability to work as a team and knowledge of medication administration, treatments, and overall processes in a long‑term care facility.
