Overview

Director of Nursing (DON) position with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. We are an employee-owned organization focused on delivering exceptional resident care in long-term care settings.

• Plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.
• Lead a dynamic nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive leadership approach to positively impact residents and staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Ohio license.
• Minimum of three years of long-term care supervisory experience.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents and to manage staff effectively.
