Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Home Health Visit Nurse (RN only) to care for clients across Trumbull, Mahoning, and Stark counties in OH. This role requires an active Ohio RN with home health experience and reliable transportation.
You will perform skilled nursing visits, report to RN Case Managers, and contribute to patient-centered care in a supportive, nurse-owned agency environment. Travel will be within designated counties with flexible scheduling.
