Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Detox​/MAT

Full-time; 12-hour shifts with participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

• Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning
• Provide care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Collaborate with counselors, medical staff, and leadership to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Build meaningful connections with patients while supporting long-term recovery
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Passion for helping individuals in recovery and behavioral health settings
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

• Current and active Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license - Family or Adult
• CPR certification required
• Completion of required continuing medical education (CME)
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or MAT preferred
