Key Responsibilitie

  Oversee HACCP, SQF, allergen control, sanitation, and food safety program
• s.Maintain, update, and verify HACCP plans; ensure proper documentation and corrective action
• s.Lead internal audits and support external audits (SQF, USDA, GFSI
• ).Supervise QA staff, provide training, coaching, and performance develop men
• t.Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, FSMA, PCQI, and customer requirement
• s.Maintain SOPs, specifications, COAs, and documentation for all quality program
• s.Investigate deviations, lead root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive action
