YOUR ROLE
As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep products moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You’re passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.
You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
- You’re a go‑getter who keeps product moving and processes shipments, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising efficiently.
- You keep the Stockroom running smoothly by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
- You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to improve displays.
- You step in to help teammates with non‑stock‑related tasks or guest assistance.
- You adhere to safety standards, Asset Protection, and AEO policies and procedures.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You are organized, detail oriented, and excel at prioritizing and time management.
- You have flexible availability early morning, late evening, and weekends.
- You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
- Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location.
- Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave; AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
