As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in our store’s success by supporting the leadership team in providing an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in pop culture will help you train new team members and ensure they thrive in their roles while you assist management in daily operations and achieving sales goals.

Compensation starts at $10.75/hr and can go up to $12.40/hr, depending on individual qualifications and experience.

• Deliver outstanding shopping experiences that keep customers coming back. Your extensive product knowledge and customer service skills will impress all fans.
• Step up to provide leadership support when the Manager is occupied, ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor.
• Take responsibility for store openings and closings as necessary.
• Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and utilize your fandom knowledge to promote add‑on sales through options like BOPIS and curbside pickup. You’ll also be responsible for closing out the register and maintaining reports of any discrepancies.
• Understand and track the store’s sales plan, competition goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT).
• Support visual merchandising efforts by assisting with planogram updates such as store layouts, fixture placements, and product mixes.
• Provide valuable feedback about fashion trends to management and relevant HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to ensure that theft prevention measures are consistently enforced.
• Help maintain an organized stock room and a tidy store environment.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team dynamic to enhance store performance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.

• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is required. If you love pop culture and philanthropy, this position is perfect for you!
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and a genuine interest in team development are essential skills.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• You should be able to navigate the store, use approved retail equipment, and lift boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
