Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday preferred, with flexible Friday options.

HP and 2020 Companies are partnering to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate who will drive sales and create excitement for HP’s brand and products in Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores. The associate will demonstrate products to customers, tailor demonstrations, build rapport with customers and store personnel, train retail associates, maintain displays, and provide reporting and competitive insights.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage customers and build rapport to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales, activities, and competitive insights to Retail Operations.

• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with an outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products.
• Experience in a selling process that addresses objections and meets customer needs.
• Retail or customer‑service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless (plus).
• Product demonstration or training experience (plus).
• At least 1‑year relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
