Job OverviewAs a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that welcome, comfort, and value every customer. You demonstrate superior product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, hospitality, and our clientele program. You help meet sales goals, promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment, support special events, and uphold operational excellence.

Our colleagues begin each day energized, prepared for customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and engage with confidence. They focus on customer interaction, maintain a shoppable space, share loyalty program benefits, and finish with gratitude.
Who You Are- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Provide product recommendations and assistance with fittings, digital shopping tools, and a welcoming, knowledgeable experience.
- Drive sales and operational excellence by leveraging product knowledge, vendor training, point‑of‑sale tools, accurate stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance.
- Maintain an organized, shoppable space and promote offers via clienteling tools, sales events, and ongoing training.
- Meet and surpass daily sales goals and client and protection plan goals.
- Acquire new customers, open credit accounts, and promote loyalty benefits.
- Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
- Have 1–2 years of related experience.
Physical Requirements
- Talk, lift, move, stand, and reach with arms and hands; stand two hours, lift at least 25 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, reach above eye level.
- Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and technology, including handheld equipment and cash register for transactions.
Full‑time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues typically work 12–24 hours. Schedules include weekend shifts.
