HVAC Installer

$30 - $45 an hour

We're currently seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our tight‑knit family at A to Z. Pay
: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co‑workers and superiors.
• Properly complete all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentor an apprentice to aid in the growth of their skillset.

• Perform all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary; remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represent Sila in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

• 3 or more years’ HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Must have the ability to multi‑task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must have own hand and power tools.

• Knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

8‑hour shift;
Monday to Friday;
Overtime;
Weekends as needed.

Supplemental Pay:
Signing bonus.

Experience:

Lead HVAC Install – 3 years (Required).

License/Certification: EPA Certification (Preferred).
