$30 - $45 an hour

We're currently seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our team at A to Z. Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentors an apprentice in order to aid in the growth of their skillset

General Responsibilities:

• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents A to Z in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years' of HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver's License.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must have own hand and power tools.
• Skills and Abilities:
  
  Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay:

Experience:

Lead HVAC Install: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: EPA Certification (Preferred)
