Customer Service

We are seeking qualified candidates for the Customer Service position to provide excellent service to our customers at our Nitro, West Virginia facility. This position requires the successful candidate to possess an outgoing personality and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must be able to work with an Apple iPad. Additional requirements include the ability to operate a chop saw and downstroke baler.

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Knowledge of the scrap materials recycling industry is a plus.
• Must operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
• Ability to work independently.
