Service Technician

We are seeking motivated Service Technicians of various skill levels with a problem-solving mentality.

• Diagnosing issues and performing repairs on heavy equipment, including drive-train, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and locating mechanical deficiencies.
• Source and order parts as needed and perform repairs in both shop and field environments.
• Welding, brazing, fabricating, and modifying parts and structures.
• Repairing and replacing components of engine systems, hydraulic systems, air conditioning, suspension, electrical, steering, braking, and operator comfort systems.
• Adhering to safety procedures, safety programs, and quality standards.
• Reading and interpreting technical hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Performing physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and working in variable weather conditions.

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and drive-train systems.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read technical schematics and follow written instructions.
• High School diploma or GED, with technical training preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment, such as Volvo construction or paving equipment, a plus.
• Good communication skills and a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification and work remotely or travel as needed.

This full-time role requires physical effort, safety compliance, and flexibility to work in various environments and conditions.
