The Franchise Support Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of franchisees and the administration of franchise system processes. This role serves as a key liaison between franchisees, the Vice President of Franchise Operations, and internal departments, ensuring consistent communication, documentation, compliance, and issue resolution.
The Franchise Support Manager focuses on operational execution, documentation management, and franchise compliance, allowing the VP of Franchise Operations to concentrate on strategic leadership and growth initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day franchise questions, issues, and requests.
- Support franchisees with operational inquiries, system processes, and documentation needs.
- Maintain and manage franchise documentation, including manuals, policies, procedures, agreements, and system updates.
- Coordinate franchise compliance activities, ensuring adherence to franchise agreements, brand standards, and system requirements.
- Assist with franchise legal and compliance matters by coordinating with internal leadership and external legal counsel.
- Track, document, and elevate franchise issues to the VP of Franchise Operations as appropriate.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to franchise operations, performance, and compliance.
- Support franchise onboarding, transitions, renewals, and ownership changes from an operational and administrative perspective.
- Assist in the planning and execution of franchise meetings, regional events, and the National Franchise Conference.
- Maintain organized records of franchise communications, decisions, and action items.
- Support product ordering processes and assist with franchise product-related inquiries.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication across the franchise system.
- Act in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Strong knowledge of franchise operations, systems, or multi-unit business models preferred.
- Experience with documentation management, compliance, or operational support.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to franchise needs.
- Professional judgment in handling sensitive franchise and legal-related matters.
- Proficiency with standard office software and documentation systems.
- Office-based role with significant computer and phone communication.
- Limited travel may be required for franchise meetings or events.

- Starting pay of $60,000 per year. Higher starting pay may be offered for candidates with significant related experience or specialized skills.
