We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team in a dynamic asphalt construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. This role requires a strong understanding of asphalt work, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators and other machinery on construction sites.
• Dig, pave, and prepare surfaces for asphalt applications.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain safety standards on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is required, with a focus on asphalt-related tasks being highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
• Experience in commercial driving is a plus, particularly for those operating larger vehicles or machinery.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining productivity.
