Position
Receptionist – Part‑Time, Nixa, MO
Starting wage: $15 per hour.
Responsibilities- Be the "First Face" of the community, providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Serve as the "Go‑To Guide," answering or helping find answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees, by telephone or in person.
- Assist the administrative team in completing any tasks assigned and ensure that phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Work the shift schedule:
Week 1 (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday) and Week 2 (Monday and Tuesday).
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude; professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
- Criminal background clearance.
- Good health and physically/ mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; health screening within 6 months of employment and TB screening required.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and retrieve items; standing most of the day with short sedentary periods.
