Teach JROTC curriculum and conduct integrated-curricular activities such as:
- JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC)
- adventure training
- drill and marksmanship competitions
- STEM and similar activities
Support High School building improvement plan.
EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Missouri JROTC Certification 9-12. Must meet all Army JROTC qualifications to be considered for an instructor position to include the Army JROTC Instructor Qualification Application and satisfactory interview with an authorized Cadet Command interviewer. A strong knowledge of Missouri End-of-Course (EOC) assessments and effective instructional strategies. Willingness to collaborate with peers. Willingness to understand and support the District's CSIP Strategic Plan.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education.
