Primary Responsibilities- Advocate of Empathy:
Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. - Generous Gift Giver:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude who will love our residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
- Active: able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
- Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist persons after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
