Senior Project Manager Glass and Glazing

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from award through closeout while coordinating field operations, budgets, schedules, and client communication. This is a full-time position within Can Tex. The Commercial Glass Senior Project Manager will report to the VP of Glass and the President/CEO of Can Tex.

• Manage multiple commercial glass projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Routinely visit job sites to ensure work is being done accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee coordination of scheduling with General Cont actors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate material procurement, shop drawings and job scheduling.
• Ensure safety protocols are developed and followed.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with GC’s & clients.
• Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and service crews.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and contracts to ensure project compliance.

• Commercial Glass : 5 years (Required)
• Preferred- 7+ years' experience in Glass & Mirror
• Education:
  
  Associate (Preferred)
• Commercial Glass : 5 years (Required)
• Min of 2 yr degree preferred or relevant experience
• Clean Driving Record
• Valid Missouri Driver's License
