Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7am–7pm - Week 2:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7am–7pm

Responsibilities- Be a Superior Supervisor – in the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building and leads the Wellness team and other departments.
- Force on the Floor – set the example, assist with call lights, help with resident needs, and prioritize the resident.
- Diligent Documenter – complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Compassionate Caregiver – exemplify core values and ensure every interaction is professional, caring, and safe.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment.
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes.
- Working knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication regulation and law.
- Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
- Experience in hands‑on care of memory‐impaired residents (preferred, not required).
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (preferred, not required).
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
- Positive, energetic attitude and passion for residents.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift/move up to 50 pounds, assist with transfers, and help residents after falls.
- Criminal clearance required.
