Position: LPN/Nurse Manager $5K Sing On Bonus $30-$36 7pm-7am (Full-Time)

Wellness Nurse Manager

Full‑time position located in Nixa, Missouri. Starting wage: $28.00–$31.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.

Schedule:

Week 1 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday;
Week 2 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm–7 am.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the acting supervisor in absence of department heads; lead, supervise, and assist the Wellness team and other departments in providing reliable, person‑centered care.
  • Be present on the floor, promptly responding to call lights and assistance requests; demonstrate urgency and prioritize resident needs.
  • Accurately and efficiently document resident assessments, medical records, and all required internal documents.
  • Provide compassionate, professional care that upholds Arrow’s core values and ensures residents feel safe and valued.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
  • Direct (hands‑on) nursing care experience, including medication passes.
  • Knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication laws, and resident supervision requirements.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping; lift/move up to 50 lbs; assist with two‑person transfers.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
  • Criminal background check clearance.
  • Experience with memory‑impaired residents or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.
