Evening​/Weekend Receptionist Part Time

The Arrow Senior Living team looks for a Part‑Time Receptionist to greet visitors and support our community at Castlewood Senior Living, 1538 N Old Castle Rd, Nixa, MO 65714.

Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour

• Monday & Tuesday: 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• Every other Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Serve as the “First Face” of the community, providing exceptional customer service to visitors.
• Act as a “Go‑To Guide,” answering or locating answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, and employees.
• Assist the administrative team with duties and respond to phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and use problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance/ conduct.
• Capable of lifting or moving up to 25 lb.
• Criminally cleared.
• Good physical and mental health; must pass a physician health screening within 6 months prior to or 7 days following hire and be tuberculosis‑free.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day; sedentary periods of 1–3 h are also required.
