Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading by Example

  Provide direct patient care, setting an example for other healthcare professionals on our team.
• Coordinating Care

  Ensure that all aspects of patient care are coordinated and communicated effectively among the healthcare team.
• Mentoring and Developing :
  Provide guidance and support to other nurses and healthcare professionals, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
• Quality Improvement

  Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the quality of care we provide.
