Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Cashier
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Maintain the store well‑stocked, recover merchandise, and stock replenishment
- Receive merchandise and help unload trucks
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall presentation
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills required
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required
