Retail Sales Associate - VAPOR

VAPOR WORLD is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Nixa, MO. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.

Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations related to vaping products and accessories.

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their preferences and requirements.

Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Support inventory management including receiving and stocking shipments.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including age verification and compliance with vaping regulations.

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Knowledge or interest in vaping, Kratom, Delta and glass products is a plus.

Must be at least 18 years old and comply with all legal age requirements for selling vaping products.
