Fence Installer / Crew Lead (Experienced)
Springfield, MO | $20-22 per hour
Responsibilities- Lead fence installations from start to finish.
- Manage 1–2 helpers on site.
- Read layouts and ensure jobs are installed correct.
- Communicate with customers when needed.
- Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule.
- Jobs completed on time with high quality.
- Minimal callbacks or rework.
- Crew stays productive throughout the day.
- Problems are solved in the field without delays.
- Experience installing fence (wood, vinyl, aluminum, etc.).
- Ability to lead and manage a small crew.
- Reliable transportation.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Takes pride in doing the job right.
$22–30/hour depending on experience.
Opportunity for per-job / production-based pay.
Steady work—no layoffs when you perform.
