Fence Installer / Crew Lead (Experienced)

We are a fast-growing fence company installing residential and light commercial projects. We stay busy and expect our crews to produce at a high level with quality work.

We are looking for an experienced fence installer who can run jobs, lead a crew, and get work done without constant supervision
. This is not a helper position.

• Lead fence installations from start to finish
• Manage 1–2 helpers on site
• Read layouts and ensure jobs are installed correct
• Communicate with customers when needed
• Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule

• Jobs completed on time with high quality
• Minimal callbacks or rework
• Crew stays productive throughout the day
• Problems are solved in the field without delays

• Experience installing fence (wood, vinyl, aluminum, etc.)
• Ability to lead and manage a small crew
• Reliable transportation
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Takes pride in doing the job right

• $22–30/hour depending on experience
• Opportunity for per-job / production-based pay
• Steady work-no layoffs when you perform

• This is a production-based role-pay reflects output and reliability
• We move fast and expect accountability
• If you need constant direction, this is not the role
