Join our dedicated team as a Youth Residential Supervisor in Nixa, Missouri, where you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in our care. In this role, you will provide guidance, support, and leadership to our Therapeutic and Lead Therapeutic Specialists while ensuring a smooth operation of our Youth Residential therapeutic milieu.

As a key member of our team, you will engage in purposeful activities that meet the social and emotional needs of young people in treatment. Your leadership will support both staff and residents alike, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and program guidelines while promoting professional development.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* • Provide direct and indirect supervision to staff and young people in the home.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to support staff development.

• Monitor and provide feedback on staff implementation of treatment plans and program guidelines.

• Facilitate purposeful activities and interactions to meet the social and emotional needs of young people.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities and interactions.

• Actively participate in treatment team meetings to foster a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Manage staff schedules, approve absences, and provide on-call support as necessary.

• Coordinate facility maintenance and arrange for necessary purchases and repairs.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

* • High School Diploma or GED required.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Direct care experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.

* • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young people and staff effectively.
