Provide leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of the Junior High Football program.
Oversee and execute all practice sessions and competitions, ensuring they are well-organized and productive.
Adhere to and enforce policies outlined in the Student Activities Procedures Guide, as well as all MSHSAA and district policies and procedures.
Coordinate and prepare for the football season, including off-season conditioning, equipment management, and other related tasks as assigned.
Promote a positive, supportive environment that aligns with the school's academic and athletic standards.
Demonstrate loyalty to the overall academic program and its goals.
We are looking for a coach who values teamwork, discipline, and character-building, fostering a strong sense of sportsmanship and school pride.

Missouri teaching certificate preferred; previous Football coaching experience preferred. Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education
