We are a prestigious luxury hotel in the charming city of Nizwa Oman seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team As the Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and memorable
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining transportation and activities
- Handle guest requests and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city to make recommendations to guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus benefits such as accommodation meals transportation and medical insurance
