Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important support role in a small team environment. This position will provide timely and accurate data entry and handling of administrative tasks across departmental functions with a heavy emphasis on Accounts Payable support.

This is a full time, in person position at our headquarters in Noblesville, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide accounting and clerical assistance to Accounting Department

* Accurately enter data in the system to support key Accounting functions

* Verify invoice accuracy and other accounting documents or records

* Investigates questionable data and seeks to resolve any discrepancies to insure accuracy

* Provide administrative and clerical support to a small, dynamic team where special projects may be assigned

* Meets deadlines in quick turnaround environment
