Prime Plumbing & Drains is a growing, locally owned service company seeking a reliable, organized, and customer‑focused Office Coordinator to join our team.

This role is essential to daily operations and directly supports both our customers and field technicians. We are looking for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and ready to take ownership of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule residential service appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and property managers
  • Coordinate scheduling with field technicians
  • Manage office emails and work orders
  • Process payments and invoices accurately
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records
  • Assist with administrative and general office support tasks
  • Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced service environment
  • Reliable transportation and consistent availability
