Senior Superintendent - Multifamily

Senior Superintendent | Large-Scale Multifamily & Mixed-Use Projects | Strong Project Pipeline + Excellent Compensation Job Details

• 10+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor or developer-builder
• Experience leading ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to manage field operations on projects valued at $50M+
• Strong leadership experience managing superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors
• Expertise in construction scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
• Experience overseeing safety programs and maintaining high safety standards on active construction sites
• Ability to manage subcontractor coordination, quality control, and inspection processes
• Experience driving project schedules and resolving field-level issues to maintain milestones
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and building codes
• Ability to lead project meetings and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
• Proficiency with construction management software platforms and digital documentation tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
