- 10+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor or developer-builder
- Experience leading ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to manage field operations on projects valued at $50M+
- Strong leadership experience managing superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors
- Expertise in construction scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
- Experience overseeing safety programs and maintaining high safety standards on active construction sites
- Ability to manage subcontractor coordination, quality control, and inspection processes
- Experience driving project schedules and resolving field-level issues to maintain milestones
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and building codes
- Ability to lead project meetings and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
- Proficiency with construction management software platforms and digital documentation tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
