Project Coordinator

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate permitting activities, track approvals, and communicate permit status to project teams.
  • Maintain project drawings and documentation to ensure teams are always working from the latest information.
  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents by organizing project workbooks and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and help ensure work is completed and ready for owner billing.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, owner-required reporting, and project communications.
  • Coordinate plan printing, shipping, and field support materials for active projects.
  • Collaborate with the Estimator during preconstruction by providing bid support and subcontractor onboarding.
  • Maintain organized project records and support successful project closeout.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to keep projects moving on schedule.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment; construction or related-industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating documents and schedules.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn construction management software.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
  • Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on market and individual performance; reviewed annually)
