Control Engineer Supervisor

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced controls engineer who enjoys mentoring engineers while remaining involved in the technical side of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming, HMI development, electrical controls, automation, and machine commissioning.

• sLead, mentor, and support a team of controls engineers throughout the engineering and project lifecycle
• .Provide technical direction for PLC, HMI, motion control, robotics, VFD, and machine control systems
• .Develop and review controls architecture, electrical schematics, I/O documentation, and control system designs
• .Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems used in automated machinery
• .Support machine integration, debugging, factory acceptance testing, installation, startup, and commissioning
