* Support the treasury team by completing customer payment processing and payment reconciliations

** Where is the work:*
* + From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires

** what you will do:*
* + Credit card payment processing

+ Credit card payment report upload and posting to Fourth Shift

+ Credit card refunds for duplicate payments

+ Credit card refunds for over payments per the unapplied cash report

+ Convert older unapplied cash to credit memos and post to new parent accounts

+ E-commerce payment/order reconciliation

+ Back up for cash posting for lock box

+ AP remittance emails

+ Other duties as assigned

** What you will bring:*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+  3-5 year accounts receivable experience including customer account reconciliations.

+ Good math, verbal and writing skills.

+

Experience with excel spreadsheets, Fourth Shift or similar MRP system, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Sales Force software.
** Compensation:   *
* Base Pay Range: $18,250 - $37,500
