Massage Therapist

Midwest Sport & Spine Center is a busy, sports-focused chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist
. This position offers the opportunity to build a strong massage caseload within an established clinic.

For candidates who are interested in earning additional income while growing their massage schedule,
optional part-time hours are available as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA). Participation in the CA role is not required
. This is an Independent Contractor role (1099).

• Massage Therapist

  • Paid percentage of collected massage revenue and tips

• Optional:
  Chiropractic Assistant

  • Hourly pay for front-office / clinical support duties

• Provide high-quality therapeutic and/or sports massage

• Perform soft tissue and manual therapy prior to chiropractic or rehab visits

• Customize treatments based on patient needs and care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions

• Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab staff

Compensation:

• Percentage of collected massage revenue

• Tips

• Assist chiropractors during patient flow

• Room patients and prepare treatment areas

• Perform basic therapies as trained

• Front desk support as needed

Compensation:

• Hourly pay based on experience

• Active Indiana Massage Therapy License

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

• Chiropractic or medical office experience a plus (not required)

• Established clinic with consistent patient volume

• Built-in referrals for massage from chiropractic and rehab providers
