Midwest Sport and Spine stands out as one of Indiana's premier clinics, offering integrated sports medicine and family care under one roof. Founded by Dr. Abraham Beaber, our clinic is led by the only physician in Indiana holding the prestigious DACBSP® certification (earned in 2021). Dr. Beaber serves on the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and is the official team chiropractor for Indy Eleven, Indiana's professional soccer team.
He also serves as a chiropractor to USA Gymnastics.
We partner with local sports clubs, high schools, and universities to provide natural chiropractic care, athletic training, and rehabilitation services. Our expertise extends to athletes of all ages and conditions, as well as family wellness. At our state‑of‑the‑art 7,000‑square‑foot Noblesville facility (with an additional location in Greenwood), our integrative team delivers a wide range of services, including:

Key ResponsibilitiesAs our front desk coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding patient experiences.
Duties include:
- Greeting new and existing patients in person and by phone, making them feel valued and comfortable
- Scheduling appointments based on the doctor's treatment plans and helping patients stay on track
- Managing recall and rescheduling appointments efficiently
- Routing patients to treatment rooms and maintaining smooth patient flow
- Assisting with internal patient education and community outreach programs
- Collecting payments and handling basic administrative tasks
- Collaborating with doctors and team members to support patient care

Required:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Great work ethic and reliability
- Outgoing personality with a desire to help people live healthier, pain‑free lives
Preferred:
- Experience in chiropractic or medical office settings
- Sales experience
- Personally active in health, fitness, or sports
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office tools
