Augment SMC staff as a SME in DPS and provide direction and best practice in managing their global environments

Opportunity could require off hour work since this is a global residency.

• Design and architect enterprise-grade backup, recovery, and cyber resilience solutions using:
• Dell EMC Data Domain
• Avamar
• Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA)
• Power Protect Data Manager (PPDM)
• Cyber Recovery Vault
• Recover Point for Virtual Machines (RP4VM)
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and develop detailed implementation plans.
• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership throughout the solution lifecycle—from design and planning to implementation and post-deployment support.
• Align solutions with industry best practices for data protection, regulatory compliance, and cyber recovery.
• Integrate backup and recovery solutions with Service Now and other ITSM platforms for streamlined ticketing, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts during deployment and operations phases.
• Stay current with emerging trends in data protection, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity, and incorporate them into client solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and customer-facing presentations.
