Responsibilities
  • Support planning, tracking, and execution of Murex TOM work streams, ensuring activities remain aligned to agreed timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and governance forums across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) registers, and status reporting artifacts.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and decision points, escalating issues to project leadership when required.
  • Support preparation of governance materials, steering committee packs, and executive status reports.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely follow-up on commitments.
SKILLS Must have
  • 3-6 years experience as a PMO; experience with Murex is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience supporting target operating model design and execution is a big plus.
  • PMO experience in SDLC is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting PMO, project coordination, or program delivery activities within financial services or technology initiatives.
  • Very strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams, meetings, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and project documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills across business, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and project lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with capital markets, treasury, trading platforms, or Murex environments (preferred), with the ability to quickly understand functional and technical discussions.
