Key Responsibilities

Your future starts here Als Project Manager Data Center vertrittst du die Bauherrschaft von Swisscom über alle Projektphasen und steuerst anspruchsvolle Hochbau- und Infrastrukturvorhaben.

Du führst Beteiligte zusammen, triffst klare Entscheide und verantwortest Qualität, Termine und Kosten. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir unsere Rechenzentren nachhaltig und energieeffizient weiter und setzen auf moderne Methoden wie Building Information Modeling. Bei uns arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich, vernetzt und mit viel Gestaltungsraum.

Vertretung der Bauherrschaft in anspruchsvollen Hochbau- und Infrastrukturprojekten rund um Rechenzentren und Telefonzentralen.

Steuerung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten über alle SIA-Phasen.

Schnittstelle zu Totalunternehmenden, Fachplanenden, internen Fachstellen und dem Management.

Entwicklung nachhaltiger, energieeffizienter Standorte.

Ausschreibungen und Vergaben sowie Risiko‑ und Claim‑Management.

• Abschluss (FH/HF) in Gebäudeautomation, Kälte‑ oder Elektrotechnik und Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement
• Fundiertes Bau‑ und Projektmanagement‑Know‑how über alle SIA‑Phasen sowie Kosten‑ und Termincontrolling
• Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen und Vergaben, Bau‑ und Vertragsrecht
• Praxis mit Building Information Modeling und digitalen Projekttools sowie Erfahrung in Grossprojekten oder Spezialbauten
• Ausgeprägtes Schnittstellen‑ und Koordinationsvermögen in komplexen Bauvorhaben
• Technisches Verständnis mit Fokus Hochbau, qualitäts‑ und lösungsorientiert
• Kommunikativ, zuverlässig und durchsetzungsfähig im Umgang mit Partnern und Auftragnehmenden
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Französisch, Englisch von Vorteil
