Collette Health in Noblesville, IN is hiring a full-time IT Help Desk Representative. Working four 10-hour shifts (10am–9pm), you’ll support a virtual patient observation platform from our Noblesville office.
You’ll handle installation/configuration support for IT and AV equipment, open tickets in CRM, image PCs, and provide remote training to customers while maintaining high satisfaction. Remote/hybrid work is encouraged at this location.
