INDY- Construction Clean

Clean Team Inc. is hiring four dependable Construction Cleanup Crew Members in Noblesville, Indiana!

Are you looking for flexible daytime work with competitive hourly pay? Clean Team is seeking hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to assist with construction cleanup projects at a job site in Noblesville.

This position pays $19.00 per hour and offers daytime work between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
, with shifts scheduled as needed during the week.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in seeing the results of their efforts, and are comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Please Note: This is an as-needed position. Workdays and weekly hours will depend on project requirements and are not guaranteed.

As a Construction Cleanup Crew Member, your duties may include:

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and work areas.

Removing dust, dirt, and general construction debris from designated areas.

Wiping down walls, doors, windowsills, fixtures, and other surfaces.

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

Performing detailed cleaning to help prepare completed areas for occupancy.

Collecting and disposing of trash and debris in designated containers.

Following job-site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Working cooperatively with other crew members to complete assigned tasks.

We're looking for candidates who:

Are dependable, punctual, and ready to work.

Can perform physically active cleaning duties throughout their shifts.

Are comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.

Can follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay attention to detail and take pride in quality work.

Can work daytime hours between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM when scheduled.

Are comfortable working around an active or recently completed construction site.

Previous commercial cleaning, construction cleanup, janitorial, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Competitive pay of $19.00 per hour.
