Life Science Solutions is seeking an experienced leader to serve as our Product Management & Marketing Leader for the business. Reporting to the President of Life Science Solutions, the Product Management and Marketing Leader will manage the business portfolio, provide thought leadership, and play a critical role in developing and executing the business and go to market strategy to enable breakthrough growth.

The position is responsible for defining the product and go to market strategy including developing plans for investment in NPD & innovation, identifying acquisition/partnership opportunities, developing growth strategy in current and adjacent markets, and developing and executing channel and activation strategies to serve customers globally.  The successful candidate will be a world-class leader with a proven record of creatively and profitably growing global product lines and segments, using a balance of agility and disciplined portfolio management processes and marketing strategies.  

This individual will provide vision to the business by building capability in innovative marketing, channel marketing, customer experience and demand generation. This position requires excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills and will partner closely with the marketing shared services, product management excellence teams along with the Life Science Solutions sales team.

It is preferred that the individual who takes this role be located in Noblesville, IN.  In this role you will be required to work a 4-day on site work arrangement.
