Operate a forklift in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor, paved and unpaved environment in a fast‑paced manufacturing facility. The successful candidate is responsible for moving product, labeling, packaging, loading trucks, and completing daily paperwork.

• Operate forklift safely to move product into inventory, onto and off a truck.
• Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods.
• Properly label and package product for inventory.
• Verify packaged quantities are correct and meet quality standards.
• Load trucks with finished product for delivery.
• Ensure packaging and pallet are safe and adequate for shipment before loading.
• Complete daily paperwork, including inspection reports for equipment.

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to carry out instructions, both written and oral.
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding of units of measure.
• Ability to work any shift.
• The employee is regularly required to lift and move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 65 lbs. When lifting heavier loads, use team lifting or provided equipment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Forklift certified.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
