- 5:00am-3:00pm
- Pay: $16.00/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a CNC Operator with at least 6 months of experience operating vertical machining centers. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers to produce parts efficiently and accurately.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
- Load materials into the machine and secure them properly.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet product specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience
