PRN: weekdays 8:00 AM – 5:00PM. No weekend/holidays. Minimum requirement of 24 hours per 6-week schedule. Some travel to help cover in other ENT offices (Kokomo, Anderson, and Westfield) as needed.
The Ambulatory LPN works hand-in-hand with the Physician to achieve quality outcomes for the patient. The Ambulatory LPN will assist the provider with facilitation of patient visits and procedures, routine laboratory tests, referrals, and quality outcomes for the population of the practice. Helps cover back‑office patient care and administrative responsibilities in the event of clinician illness, approved time‑off, jury duty, funeral time, times of high census, other growth needs determined/identified by practice management team.
May be asked to provide coverage to other ENT Care Offices located in Kokomo, Anderson, or Westfield.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. (Required)
- Previous experience in medical office or health care setting. (Preferred)
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
